Formula World Shop Inc. Shopping Cart uses Credit Card payment as the default payment method. At the final step (Step 3) you will have to click on the button Confirm Order and then you will be able to pay your order by credit card via the Shopify payments services or by the secure PayPal services. We also accept other payments methods such as Money Order, Bank Transfer, Western Union and Personal Cheque, just Contact Us.
Shipping
Formula World Shop Inc. uses Canada Post & UPS has the default shipping services. When you will proceed your checkout order, you will be able to choose between 3 and 6 difference shipping services. The service are UPS Express, (The fastest service with insurance & signature request on delivery.), Priority Worldwide INT - Fedex (The fastest service with insurance & signature request on delivery.), Xpresspost (Second faster service, also with insurance signature request on delivery.), Expedited for Canada and United States and Trackable Small Package Air.
Returns & Orders Cancellation Requests
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge & Canada Import dutis fees & the 4% Shopify / Paypal fees on the full payment). You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered postage or recorded delivery when returning goods. For an order cancellation request, we will issue a full payment refund less the 4% Shopify / Paypal fees on the full payment.
